I'm going to share a few of my recent findings for August 2014's Collabor88 , which is themed around all things Greek.

Seeing as all I changed was the dress between the two outfits, my description should be easy!
The gown shown first is ::{u.f.o}::'s Luna Dress. It comes in different variations (this one is ivory) and is $188L at the sale. The second is the Athena gown from -Tres Blah-. It also comes in different color variations (this is cotton). Both gowns are mesh, so remember to wear your appropriate shape!
With each gown I'm wearing Lamb's Pandora hair in black, Hucci's Naxos Sandal heels, and the Athena White variation of Mandala's Odyssey jewelry set.

Cherry Bomb

I discovered some great sales at the Cosmopolitan Sales Room, both from the previous round and current one, so here's a little of what I picked up*.

This slinky red number is called the SS dress, a CSR offering from *Aphrodisiac*, I've paired it up with Esssenz's Athens shoes in Black, heels for Slink's mid feet. My earrings are one of my gacha wins from [[masoom]]'s main store gacha, called Love Sick. You'll find all her gacha machines off to the left as you first teleport in.

 

This pink dress is Kaithleen's offering called Hipster Girl, this one is in pink. My jewelry is yet another Amorous offering, called Antiquarian. This set has a ton of different color and metal options, so you'll have plenty of  customization options. My shoes are Essenz as well, called Rhodes.

This blue top is called Degrade, [orage]'s CSR offering. I've paired it up with the Athens shoes again and a pair of skinny jeans I had in my inventory.

The beautiful skin I have on with each outfit is a 7 deadly s{k}ins offering called Julia, available now at the Feeb's Rascals Sale Room. I'm also madly in love with this [Pink Fuel] red lipstick, so I'll probably have it on a lot.

Parlay

At the behest of a friend, I hit up the Fantasy Gacha Carnival (which runs through the beginning of September,) and grabbed a few things. There's some beautiful items currently for sale, so give spin the wheel of chance and see what you find!

I adore this blue Pirate Wench number from Alchemy, matched up with 7 deadly s{k}ins fair offering titled Wrath. The skull necklace is Alchemy as well, but the earrings are a $50L offering from ieQED called Pirate Pieces of Eight.

This violet number is the Princess of the East dress offered at $50L per spin from ][Murdoch Inc][. The skin is another 7 dead s{k}ins gacha offering, this time the rare Patience. The jewelry is from .Enfant Terrible., at $100L a spin. You get a chance for a headdress, a rare wand, a necklace, or a nose chain in three different colors.

I spent some time at the Aloha Fair, so I thought I would share the lovely items I picked up on my visit.
It ends today unfortunately, so you need to act fast to pick up any of these items shown here or the various other lovely offerings the fair has out.

This dress is called the Black Ahoy Knotted dress by *PS*. For $39L a spin, you have a chance of winning this short mesh dress from their gacha machine. I'm wearing .:WoW:.'s Aloha Fair gift skin with it, which is a lovely pale shade called Didy.

 

This second dress is also from the *PS* gacha machine, but is a rarer spin called Summer White Plant Colored. With it I'm wearing the GAALL gift sandals, only $1L! This lovely dark skin is an Aloha Fair exclusive from 7 deadly s{k}ins called Abby V1. It offers a great contrast against the bright dress with the deep tones of the skin.

The blue sandals on the left I'm wearing above. However, I just had to share these red heels from Essenz Gacha machine. Both pairs are Slink compatible, so keep this in mind when getting them!

I Feel Pretty

My stint as a formal jazz club hostess has left me with an obsessive need for ballgowns I never quite grew out of. Lucky for me, Skindustrial Bodyworks (which I'll shorten to SKBW in later posts,) had a few I could satisfy my urge with. These aren't all of her gown offerings, so check them out yourself!

I'm a big fan of this dress, which is the Draped Back Azure Gown by SKBW. It's fully mesh and comes with Lola appliers and a pair of black satin gloves. I personally like the peek-a-boo draped back - perfect for what I like to refer to as "reverse" necklaces.

Originally a Horror Haute Exclusive release, SKBW's Sleeping Death mesh gown has been released in store and on the marketplace.

I've paired both gowns with an Amorous set called Heilig. Like all of her jewelry, Matchbook has scripted her pieces to include various metal and stone options (here I've used the darkest silver metal and pearl gems). I'm also wearing newcomer Glamistry's Hyacinth heels for Slink feet - currently on sale for $280L in their new store. As a promo, each pair you buy gets you the white version for free!

Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger

This is my first blog post - so let's do something fun to start off with! I'll probably change how I do things over time, but hey. It's a start!

I feel like attending a Daft Punk concert in this, with all the glowy bits and cybernetic pieces. It's fun, and I'm mesmerized by the flashing lights scripted into the suit.
This futuristic ensemble is called the Cyber Catsuit by Skindustrial Bodyworks. There are six colors to choose from - the one I am wearing here is teal and black. Each outfit comes with leggings, a choker, the bodysuit, the gloves, and earrings (which aren't pictured here).
Each separate pack is $400L, you can buy the fatpack or $2,700L. The boots are sold separately at $950L (but are included in the fatpack).

 My eyes and earrings came from A m o r o u s jewelry, fitting in naturally with the rest of my Tron inspired getup. Amorous is beautiful jewelry and great quality for reasonable prices, so I highly recommend them.
